Shipping policy

At Boat Juice, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, accurately, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being received.
  • Place your order before 12:00 PM PST on a business day and we’ll ship it the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. No shipments go out on weekends or public holidays.

🚛 Shipping Timeline

  • Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days from the shipment date.
  • Please account for both processing and shipping times when estimating delivery.
  • Expedited and overnight shipping options are not currently available. This policy is under review and may be updated in the near future.
  • Please allow additional time for shipping during holidays and high-demand periods. These delays are outside of our control but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

📬 Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac and UniUni. The choice of carrier depends on your shipping destination and selected service.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is not available at this time.

📫 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.
  • Orders under $125 will incur a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

At this time, we do not offer shipping insurance. If you experience any shipping issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team—we’re here to help!

❗ Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Boat Juice is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
