We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or money-back refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier
  • The item must have been purchased directly from shopboatjuice.com
  • The guarantee applies to one purchase per customer, per product, per lifetime — it is not intended for repeat or serial returns
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only; we do not issue cash, store credit in lieu of a refund to the original method, or refunds to a different card or account

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at support@shopboatjuice.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reserve the right to request photos or a brief description of your experience before approving a refund. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returned product must be received by us before a refund is processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shopboatjuice.com with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items and items purchased with a discount code exceeding 20% off
  • Gift cards
  • Orders where the quantity purchased suggests resale or bulk buying (3+ units of the same product)
  • Requests made after the 30-day window, regardless of circumstance

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
